Our standard range of SHS columns is manufactured from square hollow section (SHS) steel and engineered to meet Australian Design Standards, with wind region rating and terrain category factored into every design. Each square steel pole is built for structural integrity and long-term durability, giving you confidence the product will perform across its full service life.

Specifications
Our standard square steel poles range from 4 metres (m) to 12 m; however, custom sizes can be designed to suit your project’s requirements. Poles are supplied standard as baseplate mounted; however, they can also be supplied as direct burial to suit your site access and installation requirements.
Due to the size and dimension of the square section, these SHS columns are better suited to lights that have integral control gear. However, they can be designed with a larger base in a stepped tube configuration to carry lighting control gear in the base section of the pole. We can cut poles to your required lengths and fabricate to the dimensions your project requires.
