Installation

- Foundation design and selection;
- Dewatering of foundation site;
- Soil testing;
- Foundation boring;
- Concrete foundation installation including square base, pile foundations and above ground foundations;
- Drilling in existing concrete;
- Chemical anchoring systems;
- Screwpile foundation installation;
- Direct burial columns;
- Traffic management;
- Column erection including column accessories;
- Pre-wiring and electrical connection of mounting equipment;
- Site clean-up;
- Night aiming of Light Fittings.
Maintenance
Some of the services our maintenance team can provide include:
- Re-painting;
- Light Fitting repair or replacement;
- On-site repairs;
- Corrosion treatment;
- Damaged column removal and replacement;
- Re-manufacture and replacement of missing parts;
- Lamp maintenance;
- Control gear maintenance;
- Changing or modification of column Headframes to suit additional Light Fittings;
- Manufacture or modification of adjustable brackets to suit additional operating equipment such as communications equipment. (The existing column's engineering may need to be re-evaluated);
- Non-Destructive Weld Testing incorporating Particle Weld Testing, Ultrasonic and Radiographic Weld Testing;
- Maintenance of operating equipment using elevated work platforms or cherry pickers.
