Banner Columns are popular for outdoor banner signage in retail precincts , recreational areas and on roadways and pathways. G&S Industries manufactures a large range of Banner Columns to suit client requirements.
G&S Industries' Banner Columns are designed to meet Australian Design Standards incorporating resultant wind actions in structural designs. Individual computerised engineering is available on all our Banner Columns.
The columns can be manufactured in standard Tapered Octagonal designs or in CHS circular or SHS Steel circular. Many of our Architectural Decorative Columns can also be modified to accommodate banners.
Due to the large wind sail area of most banners , these columns must be individually designed and manufactured with the strength to withstand the wind loads experienced in their particular wind region and terrain category.
For clients requesting banner arms to be attached to existing columns , we can fabricate customised bolt on adjustable banner arms. However in these instances , the engineering design of the existing column and their foundations must be checked to ensure the column's suitability to carry the additional sail area of the banner.
Columns are supplied galvanized , and can be painted or powder coated in a variety of colours. (Please see the "Specifications" section for a link to powder coating colour charts).
G&S Industries' Banner Columns are supplied ex works from Osborne Park or can be delivered throughout Australia and overseas.
