As part of our webpage update, we have included an online quote request system. If you would like to submit an online quote request, please go to the Products section. You can browse products using the category list, and add products to your quote by inserting the required quantity in the quantity box and clicking on the "Add To Quote Cart" icon next to the product. You can confirm or modify your selected quantities at any time in the quote request process.
Once you have added products, you will see a 'view Cart' link appear on the right hand side of your page. When you click on this, you are presented with a list of products you have added. From here, you can remove unwanted products from your quote or return to the products page and add further products.
At this stage you will be asked if you require any accessories for your products. You can click on the Accessories link to take you directly to the accessories page. You can now add any required accessories and return to the "View Cart" section.
If you are happy with the selected products and accessories selected, click on 'Checkout', which will display the final screen for submitting your quote.
At this stage you will be asked to add any additional details about your products, for example whether you want the product(s) hot dipped galvanized or powder coated. You will also be asked for the equipment that you will be mounting on the column(s) and whether you have a spec sheet on the equipment. If you check that you do have a spec sheet, upon receipt of your quote confirmation email, you will be asked to reply attaching these spec sheet(s). G&S uses these spec sheets to ascertain the structural suitability of the product(s) selected to your required application.
As part of this process, if the product is baseplate mounted, you will be asked whether you require Ragbolts or Caged Ragbolts (ragbolts welded into a circular reinforcing cage). The system will know which ragbolt arrangement(s) is suited for the particular product(s) that you have selected.
At this stage you will also be asked to enter other engineering data including soil conditions and foundation requirements if known. Please fill in what you can. This will assist the G&S sales team in providing you with a quote for a structurally suitable product.
When you have completed the form, click the "Submit" button, and the quote will be sent. Upon receiving the quote, the system will automatically send you a confirmation email with a quote number. Please use this number if you have to contact G&S for any additional information regarding your quote. A sales consultant should respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.
If you cannot find your required products in our standard products list, please use the Contact Us form to send an enquiry about your specific needs, and we will contact you.
